Terms and Conditions

All purchases made through this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By ordering any goods or services using this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

1. Pricing

All products, services, and shipping are priced and charged in US dollars.

2. Shipping

Domestic Orders

All Tommy The Chryco Inc web orders shipped by ground service will leave our location within 24-48 hours Monday – Friday (after 3PM Friday orders will not leave until following Monday). If an item is on back order, we will ship you the in stock items. When the back ordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Tommy The Chryco Inc offers multiple shipping providers for your order as  indicated on your web order. The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the dimensions and/or weight of your products and on your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped as soon as the customer approves the freight quote. If the order includes a back ordered item, the shipment will be held until all items are available.

 

3. Return Policy

Tommy The Chryco Inc stands behind the products we offer. Any part purchased within 30 days in original new condition can be sold as new can be returned to us for exchange or credit. Products after the 30 day limit will be considered for return and will be subject to a restock fee of up to 20%. These items are special order and require additional consideration for any returns. Any amounts refunded will be processed back to the original payment method and account information.

CUSTOMER MUST OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM TOMMY THE CHRYCO FOR ALL RETURNS AND AN RMA#.

Customer Responsibility:

o   Inspect your order upon receipt.

o   Contact Chryco Parts for return authorization. (must be written on outside of returned package)

o   Reference your order # when returning items.

o   No returns on special order items.

o   Returns must be sent prepaid.
